Manage the full payroll function (end-to-end) for South Africa, Zambia, and Mauritius.
Address all first-tier benefits and payroll queries from internal customers (staff, HODs, expats, and third parties).
Administer benefits (medical, pension, etc.).
Handle payroll reporting.
Consult on medical aid, pension, and benefits with employees and service providers during engagement, induction, terminations, and provide regular communication/updates.
Manage the monthly payroll cycle and ad hoc pay runs.
Maintain the Payroll & Benefits data hub.
Manage the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) offering, plan functions, and coordinate wellness programmes.
Handle asset management for benefits (e.g., mobile phones, SIM cards, staff vouchers).
Address all first-tier employee queries and support requests.
Complete month-end reporting and statutory submissions.
Perform payroll reporting.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Relevant HR or Finance diploma/degree.
Relevant payroll qualification/certificates.
Minimum of 2-3 years of payroll administration experience.
Knowledge of payroll systems (SAGE is an advantage).
Experience in benefits administration (advantageous).
