Payroll Co-Ordinator - Umhlanga at Huntswood

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure all new employees have signed contracts and keep an updated spreadsheet each month with no alterations and correct information.
• Ensure all terminations have supporting documents and keep update spreadsheet each month.
• Ensure all promotions, secondments, internal changes are signed by relevant parties.
• Provide detailed report on monthly basis for changes taking place in the business.
• Reconcile employee’s headcount and movements based on engagements, terminations, and promotions.
• Ensure all pay rate differences in Payroll have supporting documents.
• Ensure all banking details received have correct supporting documents and are in accordance with internal processes.
• Ensure all employees going on and returning from maternity leave are correctly processed on system.
• Receipt of AOD’s and ensuring keeping track of Loan report by updating it monthly.
• Adhoc duties as and when requested.

Job Required Requirements:

• National Senior Certificate – Grade 12
• Minimum 5 Years of experience in the same or similar role
• Degree / Diploma in Human Resources or Financial accounting or other relevant qualification
