As a People Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in various aspects of human resources, including but not limited to:

• Recruitment, Selection and On-boarding
• Management of the Performance Management System
• Training and Development within the Business Unit(s) 
• Administration, Data Management and Reporting 
• People Management 
• Teamwork and Self-management
• Handling of all Poor Performance and IR-related Matters

Requirements

What are we looking for?

To qualify for this role, you should have:

• 4 – 5 years’ Human Resources experience in retail/FMCG||Essential / Minimum|0-5 years
• Diploma or Degree/NQF level 6 or 7
• Human Resources
• Communication Skills (verbal & written)
• Time Management
• Planning and prioritisation
• Administration skills
