    People Consultant

    • Our client is seeking a People Consultant for their People & Organisation division. This role offers the opportunity to provide deep support, HR & ER expertise and advice using a coaching framework. You will be involved in a wide array of engagements with leaders around performance management, talent acquisition, mobility, succession, talent retention and employee relations.     What you'll do:

    • As a People Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing deep support, HR & ER expertise and advice using a coaching framework.
    • Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve consulting across the employee lifecycle, ensuring that the employee experience aligns with the company's culture.
    • You will partner with various business areas to formulate ideas, optimise solutions and enable people strategies.
    • Your role will also involve coaching on recruitment and onboarding, performance and conduct, transformation as well as facilitating the implementation of people strategies.
    • Consult across the employee lifecycle, in partnership with P & O Leads
    • Ensure the employee experience is entrenched in the company's culture
    • Partner with business areas to formulate ideas, optimise solutions and enable people strategies
    • Consult and coach on recruitment and onboarding, performance and conduct, transformation, facilitation and implementation of people strategies
    • Leverage and use of internal skills and talent (internal mobility)
    • Facilitate succession planning and career pathing guidance

    What you bring:

    • The ideal candidate for this People Consultant role will bring a deep understanding of company culture along with extensive knowledge and experience in relation to people management.
    • You should have commercial acumen along with an appreciation of the regulatory environment.
    • Your strong coaching and consulting skills will be essential for this role. Additionally, you should be able to effectively manage retrenchment, misconduct, poor performance, grievances, and retirement processes.
    • Deep understanding of company culture
