    People Enablement Sales Specialist

    • We’re looking to expand our team with a confident, vibrant, energetic, self-driven, and influential Sales Specialist, to help our business achieve sustainable growth and strengthen our position in the market as a People Enablement Sales Specialist.

    Life of a Sales Specialist:

    • You will work closely with the team leader to deliver this value-add. Here’s how:
    • Identify opportunities and research customer needs and contact persons,
    • Generate new Sales by mining existing client base,
    • Generate new Sales by souring new opportunities,
    • Engage with customers as a trusted advisor, listening and understanding their challenges and requirements - both technical and business, and develop an appropriate solution,
    • Respond to customer requests for quotations, proposals, and build cost-effective solutions,
    • Setup Meetings, and Present solutions,
    • Follow the Sales Process and prepare quotations and ensure they are received by clients,
    • Ensure updated Sales Pipeline forecast, and Tracker through CRM
    • Meet Sales deadlines,
    • Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets,
    • Develop and maintain strong customer relations with existing and prospective clients,
    • Ensure that the sales commitment is delivered on by contributing to the implementation process.

    Mandatory (and minimum) experience:

    • Minimum of 3 years Sales experience,
    • Experience in Presentations,
    • Experience in writing proposals,
    • Mandatory (and minimum) skills requirements:
    • Excellent verbal, and written communication skills (English, other languages are advantageous),
    • Excellent presentation skills,
    • Excellent work ethic: energetic, get-things-done attitude and take responsibility to deliver positive results beyond expectations,
    • Excellent Customer-centric sales skills and ability to build productive, growth-focused business relationships,
    • Excellent proficiency in computer literacy and Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel),
    • Excellent attention to detail,
    • Excellent People skills, and being able to work in a team,
    • Well-developed ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,
    • Ability to be self-motivated and manage own daily task delivery,
    • Ability to travel to work and to clients with own, reliable transport (we are situated near Clearwater Mall in Johannesburg).

    Advantageous skills:

    • Experience or knowledge of Cyber Security, and Change Management
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Existing Client relationships and contacts
