    People Experience Specialist

    We are looking for someone who is passionate about people operations and customer service. The People Experience Specialist is the primary contact for all employees and managers regarding all queries relevant to People processes and policies. They work with various teams in People & Culture to enable a flawless end-to-end employee experience for employees utilising the People Helpdesk. The People Experience Specialist is a global function and will assist employees from all countries where we operate.

    Your daily adventures will include:

    • Taking ownership of the People Experience helpdesk to process and finalize all relevant queries
    • Being the main point of contact for employees regarding day-to-day People Team related queries
    • Providing appropriate advice and a great employee experience
    • Facilitate adoption of self-service and informational channels with employees (Eg: Bolt Self Service, Confluence, Workday etc.)
    • Working closely with People & Culture team to understand the internal processes, culture and values
    • Ensure compliance to internal Helpdesk SLA and turnaround times
    • Update FAQ handbook with appropriate answers for ease of response
    • Continuously researching new ways to improve the employee experience and speed of resolution, escalate broken processes and employee experiences
    • Reporting on helpdesk queries by keeping identify trends and providing monthly reports

    We are looking for:

    • A degree (or equivalent experience) in HR or related discipline
    • Entry level HR related work experience
    • Customer service oriented - you love helping others!
    • Good written and verbal communication skills with a good command of the English language
    • Good time management and organizational skills
    • Good at prioritizing tasks

    You will get extra credits for:

    • Experience in Knowledge management / content management
    • Experience in Ticketing management
    • Experience in fast-paced tech-company
