    What are we looking for?

    We are looking for someone with the following experience, qualifications and /or skillsets:

     

    • Degree in Human Resources or similar.
    • Advantageous, Honours Degree.
    • 3 – 5 years experience as a People Management Practitioner/ Consultant/ Business Partner.
    • People Management within an educational environment.

    The responsibilities are:

    • People Management Planning and Reporting.
    • Special Strategic People Management Initiative Project Management.
    • Organisational Design Projects.
    • People Management Advisory and Consulting.
    • Outsourced Provider Liaison.
    • Staff Management.
    • Training.
