      Performance Management Specialist - Pretoria

      Job Purpose:

      • To effectively manage and implement the performance management and reward and recognition framework within the CIPC.

      Key performance areas:

      • To implement the performance management and reward and recognition system within the CIPC;
      • To monitor the implementation of the performance management system, identify trends and improve the efficacy of performance management in CIPC;
      • To provide technical support to divisions in implementing the performance management system;
      • To assist in the management of the business unit;
      • To ensure the proper administration, governance and risk management of the sub unit;
      •  Applicants may, as a step in the recruitment process, be subjected to a competency assessment. In addition, the successful candidate must be prepared to undergo a process of security clearance prior to appointment.
      •  Qualifications and SA citizenship checks will be conducted on the successful candidate. It is the applicant’s responsibility to have foreign qualifications evaluated by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA).
      • It will be expected of candidates to be available for selection interviews on a date, time and place as determined by CIPC.

      Requirements

      Required Minimum Education/training:

      •  National Diploma/ B. Degree in Human Resources Management / Public Administration

      Required Minimum Experience:

      • 3 – 5 years’ experience in performance management and reward and recognition
      • Experience and knowledge of Sage 300 People will be an added advantage
