    Permanent - Office Administrator

    Job Description    

    • Coordinate meetings and functions for the company
    • Maintain and file all business records in a systematic manner.
    • Responsible for office administration

    Inherent Requirements    

    • Matric non-negotiable
    • Minimum of 5 Years experience as an Administrator
    • Experience in a branch setting or similar environment is an advantage
    • Strong experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and operational management.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
