Minimum applicable experience (years):

• 3 - 5 years in a similar role

• Executive-level calendar and travel management
• Handling confidential information and documents
• Communication with internal teams and external partners
• Professional administration in a fast-paced environment

Skills and Knowledge (essential):

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong organisational and follow-through skills
• Tech-savvy and able to learn systems quickly
