Serve as the primary point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
Manage the executive team’s diaries, including scheduling daily meetings, coordinating weekly and monthly calendars, and screening calls.
Perform general administrative tasks, such as preparing and distributing meeting agendas, compiling necessary documents, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
Requirements
Grade 12.
Diploma in Office Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a secretarial or administrative role.
