A well-established organisation is seeking a highly organised, proactive and professional Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive executive support to a senior leader. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and can manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive diary and calendar management.
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements and itineraries.
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations and meeting packs.
Screen calls, emails and other communications.
Take minutes and follow up on action items.
Manage confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
Assist with project coordination and general administrative support.
Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the executive's office.
Minimum Requirements
Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Office Management or a related field will be advantageous.
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or in a similar executive support role.
Exceptional organisational, planning and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
Ability to work independently, prioritise competing deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
