Pharmacy Sales Assistant at Shoprite Group of Companies

Job Objectives    
Duties under direct supervision of a Pharmacist:

•  Receiving CCMDD parcels according to the manifests electronically and manually.
•  Open CCMDD consignments and pack parcels according to a system.
•  Hand out CCMDD parcels according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) electronically and manually.
•  Compile a spreadsheet for all parcels according to SOPs
•  Compile reports
•  Housekeeping

Qualifications    

•  Grade 12

Experience    

•  Administrative experience will be an advantage

Knowledge and Skills    

•  Familiar with operating procedures
•  Good language skills – fluent in English and at least one other official language
