Phlebotomy Lead - Florida at Ampath

Purpose of Position:

• Responsible for the performance of the Care Centre team and the Care Centre’s day-to-day functioning, ensuring operational goals are met, and high-quality standards are maintained.

Requirements:

• Relevant HPCSA/SANC registration  (Required),
• Relevant Phlebotomy or Nursing qualification  (Required)

Required Experience:

• Knowledge: Google and Google Mail, Knowledge: Meditech system,
• Knowledge: MS Excel, Knowledge: MS Word,
• Knowledge: Nursing Council Scope of Practice, Nursing experience within a hospital and/or laboratory environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain good client relations to promote the image of Ampath,
• Maintain safety and infection control in order to ensure that all health and safety protocol are upheld,
• Monitor and supervise the staff of all the relevant assigned locations to ensure that departmental objectives are achieved,
• Perform nursing/depot related administrative tasks to ensure correct recording and processing of information
