Plant Administrator - Midrand at Hire Resolve

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain plant records and documentation in an organized manner
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and events
• Order office supplies and other necessary materials for the plant
• Provide administrative support to plant management as needed
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Assist with payroll processing and employee attendance tracking
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient plant operations
• Generate reports and presentations as required

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a plant or manufacturing setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of plant operations and processes is a plus
