Duties and responsibilities:
Ensure for the basic maintenance, safety, and efficient operation of the plant
Operate the plant according to its desired capacity and specifications
Perform basic maintenance and repairs on the plant, while ensuring that the product is produced according to the right quality specifications
Work safely, while always maintaining a clean and neat working environment
Report any maintenance related problems and production related issues to the immediate superior
Adhere to Quality Assurance responsibility during the production process by constantly monitoring and evaluating that a computerized maintenance strategy is employed to ensure absolute reliability and minimum down time
Acknowledge that Management may allocate additional tasks when tasks cannot be completed on a standard allocated job
