About you
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS.
Degree in Food Science or Food Technology or other relevant qualification.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Minimum 10 years’ experience within quality and food safety in a FMCG environment, minimum 5 years leadership/management experience.
Must have working experience in a food processing & manufacturing environment including laboratory management, quality control, quality assurance, auditing.
Excellent knowledge of the applicable quality & food safety systems (ISO, FSCC 22000, PRP’s, HACCP, GMP, etc.) and the application thereof.
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication and writing skills
