WORK EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• 5 years of work experience in instrumentation within a FMCG environment / food industry
• Exposed ttechnical root cause analysis methodologies

• Win CC Flex
• Wonderware Window Viewer and Window Maker
• GX Developer Mitsubishi
• Allan Bradley – PrLogix 5000
• Siemens Starter

Equipment (preferable):

• All Siemens equipment especially S5 and S7 PLCs
• Sound knowledge of drives
• Good with industrial IT

About you
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS.

• Degree in Food Science or Food Technology or other relevant qualification.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Minimum 10 years’ experience within quality and food safety in a FMCG environment, minimum 5 years leadership/management experience.
• Must have working experience in a food processing & manufacturing environment including laboratory management, quality control, quality assurance, auditing.
• Excellent knowledge of the applicable quality & food safety systems (ISO, FSCC 22000, PRP’s, HACCP, GMP, etc.) and the application thereof.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication and writing skills
• Stakeholders’ management
• Leadership skills
