Essential Responsibilities And Duties

• The role of a Plant Quality Manager is to guarantee that all actions in the Plant comply with the requirements of the FES, and to do so considering customer, Quality, Division, Business Group and Corporate guidelines. May be accountable for the country function.

The Main Missions Of The Role Are

• Quality main missions and results:
• Represent customer requirements internally.
• Management quality representative.
• Define Plant Quality objectives and monitor progress.
• Manage the Plant Quality System in accordance with the FES.
• Define, staff, and develop the Plant Quality organization.
• Ensure the Plant's compliance with all Safety/regulation standards.
• Report Quality results to all relevant parties and maintain Quality records/documentation
• Collaborate with the Purchasing organization in all activities and initiatives concerning Supplier Quality Assurance.
• Interrupt the manufacturing or the delivery of products when Quality is not assured.
• Authorised to stop the line when not meeting the quality standards.
• Ensuring that employees are trained on Introduction to FCP & ISO 16949
• Uphold Faurecia’s Code of Management and Code of Ethics.
• Ensure customer satisfaction: supervise day to day activities, anticipate customer requirements and maintain good relationships, manage the launch of new programs within the plant.

Governance

• Secure internal control with the support of financial controller and finance network
• To assume reasonable delegation of tasks from your senior manager, such changes and additional job responsibilities based on staffing levels will be recorded on a separate delegation form and placed on your employee file.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Minimum Education Level

• Bachelor's degree in Quality

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years professional experience.
• Solid knowledge of Quality in Production.
• Manufacturing experience, preferably in the Automotive Industry.

Skills And Competencies

• Process orientation.
• Results orientation
• Strong written and oral communications skill.
• Strong computer skills
• Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
