    Plennegy: Talent Acquisition Graduate

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Talent Acquisition, Administration & Process Support:

    • Support the full recruitment lifecycle.
    • Post job advertisements accurately and timeously on all available platforms.
    • Screen CVs and conduct initial telephone or video screening interviews.
    • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring managers.
    • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (Direct Hire) and recruitment tracker (JIRA).
    • Responsible for telephonic and personal enquiries regarding available positions and applications received.
    • Review background screenings for all prospective employees and inform management of any concerns.
    • Shortlist potential candidates in line with the requirements of the role and send to Talent Acquisition Specialist.
    • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.

    Customer Focus:

    • Attention to detail and professionalism applied to all internal and external communication.
    • Conduct interviews in a professional manner.
    • Treat all applicants with respect.
    • Call internal candidates to personally inform them when they are not selected for a position.
    • Display a positive image of the Plennegy Group during all communication and interviews.

    Requirements

    REQUIREMENTS

    Education:

    • Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Commerce, or a related field.

    Experience:

    • 0–1 year of work experience in HR or recruitment.

    Competencies:

    • Results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
    • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Resilient and adaptable in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
    • High level of professionalism and integrity.
