    Plennegy: Talent Acquisition Graduate

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Talent Acquisition, Administration & Process Support:

    • Support the full recruitment lifecycle.
    • Post job advertisements accurately and timeously on all available platforms.
    • Screen CVs and conduct initial telephone or video screening interviews.
    • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring managers.
    • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (Direct Hire) and recruitment tracker (JIRA).
    • Responsible for telephonic and personal enquiries regarding available positions and applications received.
    • Review background screenings for all prospective employees and inform management of any concerns.
    • Shortlist potential candidates in line with the requirements of the role and send to Talent Acquisition Specialist.
    • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.

    • Conduct interviews in a professional manner.
    • Treat all applicants with respect.
    • Call internal candidates to personally inform them when they are not selected for a position.

    Requirements

    REQUIREMENTS

    Education:

    • Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Commerce, or a related field.

    Experience:

    • 0–1 year of work experience in HR or recruitment.

    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
    • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.

    Starke Ayres: Picker Packer

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • To pick stock and make up customer orders as per customer invoice and prepare same for despatch as per customer requirements.
    • Picks products and makes up orders as per customer order and transfers them to the holding area for checking.
    • Ensures that correct seed reference numbers are picked and report all incorrect reference numbers to the Stock Controller.
    • Advises Stock Controller if certain items are out of stock and awaits further instructions.
    • Ensures that all items picked are in a clean and saleable condition and meet laid down quality standards with regard to packaging, labelling, outer appearance and neatness.
    • Follows stock rotation procedure, FIFO (first in first out), as per Stock Controller instructions when picking order.
    • Assists with the bi-annual as well as ad hoc stock counts/checks as per Stock Controller instruction.
    • Assists fellow workers with execution of tasks whenever own responsibilities have been executed and completed.
    • Ensures that work area/s are neat, tidy, organised and clean at all times.
    • Assists with and adheres to security measures to ensure the safety of products, assets and facility.
    • Assist with the Invoicing of Customer Orders
    • Assist walk in Customers with Product Information
    • Performs any other task related to his/her work environment when requested to do so by the Stock Controller.

    Requirements

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Grade 12 (essential)
    • Warehousing Diploma / Certificate (ideal)
    • 2 Years General Worker (essential)

    Starke Ayres: General Worker - Kempton Park

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Ensure all seed / items that must be discarded is done according to correct procedure on a continuous basis / daily.
    • Ensure that the incinerator is operated in the correct and safe manner.
    • All seed / items that are discarded to be documented.
    • Ensure to scrub all departments as per scrubbing schedule daily.
    • Scrubber to be cleaned and charged after every shift.
    • Assists fellow workers with execution of tasks whenever own responsibilities have been executed and completed.
    • Assists with the bi-annual as well as ad hoc stock counts/checks as per Warehouse Supervisor’s instruction.
    • Ensures that work area/s are neat, tidy, organised and clean at all times.
    • Assists with and adheres to security measures to ensure the safety of products, assets and facility.

    Requirements

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Grade 12 (essential)
    • 1 Year General Worker (preferential)

    Triton Express: General Worker-Truck Assistant

    RESPONSBILITIES:

    • Loading and off-loading goods from vehicle at depot
    • Off-loading goods from vehicle at client’s premises
    • Stacking of goods from vehicle into designated area
    • Ensuring that the goods are loaded correctly and secure on the vehicle at all times
    • General housekeeping – as and when required

    Requirements

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Grade 12 (Matric) minimum
    • Working Times: Monday – Friday (07h00 – 17h00)
    • A valid unendorsed code 10 driver’s license
    • Valid PDP
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Ability to read, write and verbally communicate in English
    • Ability to work overtime as and when required due to client’s needs and requirements of the company
    • Ability to work unsupervised
    • Ability to work unsociable hours
    • Excellent listening skills
    • Reliable & presentable at all times
    • A high degree of integrity required
    • Own transport to and from work
