Portal Implementation Manager (Maternity Cover) at SANNE

The Role

The Portal Implementation Manager for Investor Portal products, who facilitates analysis of client’s system requirements, assist with new clients’ onboarding's as well as engage with vendors on new requirements. The Investor Portal Implementation Specialist is an experienced member of Business Implementation team, with business and systems knowledge, who will be responsible for the day-to-day design, implementation and deployment of one or more client insight services and portal solutions. This role will work closely with the Portal Team Manager and the Project Manager to ensure that Client Insight Services are developed, maintained and deployed successfully to clients thus supports excellent client service and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Reports to the Portal Team Manager;
• Product subject matter expert for Client Insight Services;
• Prepares detailed design requirements for Client Insight Services;
• Engages with developers and business analysts to implement the design requirements for Client Insight Services;
• Performs user acceptance testing on Client Insight Services;
• Engages with clients and internal Client Services teams to market, configure, customize, deploy and maintain multiple instances of Client Insight Services;
• Support Client or Investor queries as a product subject matter expert;
• Facilitates Client User Acceptance Testing of deployed Client Insight Services;
• Trains Sanne and Client users on use of Client Insight Services;
• Other ad-hoc assistance regarding the development, marketing, deployment and growth of Client Insight Services.

Requirements

Skills / Experience Required:

• B.Com or similar tertiary business study with Information Technology exposure;
• 3-5 years’ experience within the financial industry (preferable);
• Experience in accounting/ financial sector;
• An aptitude for working with systems;
• Experience in a SAAS system advantageous;
• Project management;
• Excellent Communication Skills;
• Strong team player;
• Solution orientated & strong problem solving skills;
• Highly organized and attention to detail;
• Must show initiative to constantly improve processes;
• Ability to prioritize issues at company level;
• Good understanding of operational controls framework.
