    Pre-Production Manager

    Key Focus :

    • Departmental Management
    • Interface to Management Team

    Qualification and Work Experience:

    • Diploma/Degree in Software Engineering (Software Programming)

    Additional Qualification and Work Experience:

    • EMV Knowledge including Payment Scheme & Key Management a plus

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Departmental Business and On-Site Support Management
    • Adherence to Standards & Policies 
    • Sales, Technical, Customer Service and, Customer Knowledge Support
    • Software Support for Production Systems, and Servers
    • Understanding of IT infrastructure and Networking
    • Continuous Improvement
    • QMS, SHEQ
    • Problem Solving
    • Gateway Management to Production
    • Mentorship and Training
