Role Purpose    

• Execute various payment administrative processes and ensure timeous and correct collection and application of premiums, to support business in achieving its strategic objectives.

Requirements    

• Matric 
• Business Management qualification from a Technical and Vocational Education and Training College (TVET) 
• Excellent academic results (proof of academic transcripts required)
• Proficiency in English
• Strong customer service capability
• Good communication skills – verbal and written
• Computer literacy

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Perform general administrative duties
• Liaise with clients/employers via telephone, email
• Investigate client queries within the agreed SLA
• Investigate unpaid premiums
• Perform mandate checks
• Develop and maintain productive and collaborative working relationships with peers and stakeholders 
• Positively influence and participate in change initiatives  
• Continuously develop own expertise in terms of professional, industry and legislation knowledge  
• Contribute to continuous innovation through the development, sharing and implementation of new ideas  
• Take ownership for driving career development
