PreOwned Sales Executive at SydSen Recruit

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect for new clients while maintaining and growing existing customer relationships.
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations, test drives, and trade-in valuations.
• Negotiate deals, structure finance applications, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining profitability.
• Deliver a professional vehicle handover and provide excellent after-sales support.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and ensure stock is well-presented and advertised.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in pre-owned vehicle sales.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building abilities.
• Knowledge of finance processes, trade-ins, and F&I applications advantageous.
• Valid driver’s license and own transport essential.
