The applicants should be in possession of Bproc or LLB degree, and admitted as an attorney or advocate, medico-legal experience shall be an added advantage, a minimum of 5 (five) years or more of practical experience and be in good standing with the Legal Practice Council of South Africa.
Duties
To provide preside at the hearings of objections conducted in terms of sections 56 and 91 of the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act, Act 130 of 1997) as amended, against the decision of the Compensation Commissioner.
