Key Responsibility Areas
- Maintain an efficient filing system to be able to retrieve information quickly and easily
- Keep records of overtime and time sheets for the Installation and Works Branch
- Attend to the Installation and Works Branch communications
- Order and control stationery and consumables
- Inspect and record the state of movable assets
- Attend to the Traffic and Transportation Departments fleet requirements
- Maintain management statistics

- 3 years relevant experience
