Job Description

• We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Print Production Coordinator to support and coordinate our production processes.

Responsibilities

• Request budgets or quotes from suppliers per project/campaign and confirm with the brand team.
• Provide quotes requests to suppliers with clear specifications and delivery deadlines.
• Review production schedules to ensure production will progress efficiently through all stages and be completed on time.
• Re-allocate or adjust quotes accounting to total production budgets and deadlines, in consultation with the brand team.
• Place orders with production suppliers
• Check final production against brief, quote and facilitate creative/brand approval.
• Monitor progress against the production timeline and expedite timeous completion.
• Monitor projects/campaign spend against budget and disseminate status reports.
• Maintain communication and follow up with Printers and Couriers to ensure timeous delivery.
• Send delivery splits to VM for area managers and store managers to ensure they can monitor correct marketing deliveries.
• Preparing and sending all distribution lists (DI) for all marketing campaigns to all relevant parties/suppliers for local and international.
• Ensure that all stores receive the correct size window posters and cash desk as per the supplied DI.
• To monitor and replace any damaged marketing received by stores or process any repeat projects.
• Provide assistance to stores with any queries or problems arising from deliveries or installations.
• Ensure that the Stationery Department is informed of signage changes and that appropriate stock levels are maintained.

Qualifications

• Diploma In Graphic Design/Marketing  
• 2+ years experience with print production 
• Printing technical knowledge and printing processes, supplier management; DTP Repro
• Strong excel skills, adobe creative suite knowledge would be advantageous
