Duties and Responsibilities

Process Analysis

• Assess, configure, analyse, and document business processes.
• Assist in analysing existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Document current processes using, BPMN and EPC process maps.
• Work with process engineer to identify process improvement solutions.
• Assist in designing and testing new processes and monitoring their effectiveness post-implementation.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather information, process and activity details, and understand process challenges.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of process changes and improvements.
• Facilitate process improvement initiatives.
• Perform quality assurance on solution components developed.
• Support deployment of solutions to development, test, and production environments.
• Develop and maintain the necessary documentation for the solutions deployed.
• Ensure quality assurance of process projects.

Ad hoc tasks

• Perform any reasonable tasks as and when required by the Line Manager
