Minimum qualification and job requirements

1. Senior Certificate.
2. Must be a good planner and able to work without supervision.
3. Must take pride in his work.
4. Must be able to pay attention to small details to pick up faults.
5. Good command of English for communication and relationship building.
6. Must be able to work under pressure and build structure around himself.
7. Must be tenacious with a positive attitude towards him and others.
8. Must be able to apply his mind and analytical problem solver.
9. Valid forklift license is essential.

Key Performance Areas

1. Check and verify accuracy around Process Controls.
2. Forklift inspections and good housekeeping.
3. Identify problems and take corrective action.
4. Communicate both up and down the production line.
