Procure to Pay System Analyst at MultiChoice

Purpose of the Position

• To provide level 1 support for all Procure to Pay modules including Coupa, SAP, ReadSoft, Process Director, BEST and Host to Host solutions within MultiChoice Finance Shared Services, and to address Procure to Pay systems maintenance, upgrades, transitions and new deployment requirements.

Operational Delivery

• Provide primary support for (Level 1 functional support) for SAP and Coupa PTP modules
• Work with business to understand requirements to document the Business Requirement Specifications
• Document business processes
• Identify and propose business process improvements
• Develop and manage change impact analyses
• Perform Regression testing
• Perform User Acceptance Testing and Sign-off
• Review Business Requirement Specifications
• Perform end-user training
• Ongoing review and updating of PTP end-user training material for Coupa and SAP, including other PTP systems
• Act as a liaison between the business functions and the SAP COE 
• Work self-directed and independently
• Ensure adherence to SLAs
• Provide support on Coupa
• Requisition creation
• PO creation
• Confirmations on goods receipt
• Invoicing
• Integration from Coupa to SAP
• Integration monitoring
• Provide support on SAP
• Manual Invoice processing
• Process Directory
• Invoice integration from Coupa
• Vendor Statement reconciliation
• GRIR reconciliations
• Payments runs
• Liaise with bank for payment rejections
• Support all Procure to Pay system maintenance and upgrades, including impact analysis and change management
• Support all procure to pay system transitions, deployments and decommissioning within agreed timelines and budget

Stakeholder Management

• Communicate with internal employees to secure appropriate information to support and resolve first level functional queries
• Communicate relevant Banks and vendors
• Finance and SAP CoE

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Finance/Supply Chain
• Relevant Coupa and SAP certification, or plan to certify within 6 months

Experience

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience as well as Coupa and SAP FICO experience 
• 2 Years Procure to Pay operational experience
