    Human Resources Administrator

    Purpose of the Position

    Within your functional workstream, you deliver cost-efficient and effective HR services to employees and managers across the organization, meeting all contracted Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and constantly applying a strong customer orientation attitude. You make sure to follow standard procedures and document all activities in order to meet legislative requirements and to meet the desired efficiency gains.

    Operational Delivery

    • Process new hires, promotions, separations, employee status changes, and other employee lifecycle events on the system and ensure that deadlines are met.
    • Create and maintain employee personal files and records
    • Prepare payroll input and ensure that all necessary documents and approvals have been received and information is entered accurately on the system
    • Provide an effective, quality transactional service according to key performance standards
    • Carry out all transactional activities that lie within the responsibility of your functional workstream or provide tier-1 call center HR support to all employees and leaders across MultiChoice Group
    • Provide first-line HR data support and advice
    • Ensure that admin related customer queries, complaints, and requests received are resolved accurately and taken to closure per the agreed SLA
    • Maintain and monitor SLAs between HR Operations and business areas
    • Review and regularly develop/customize HR reports & metrics to suit business needs
    • Participate in regular meetings, invite stakeholders to HRSS functional workstream events, encourage participation and feedback from business into SLA improvement
    • Inform business teams regarding changes
    • Continually update all stakeholders on process changes, system updates, and all other relevant matters pertaining to HR Operations’ area of responsibility
    • Be the SME in the functional workstream processes using the desired HR system
    • Deliver continuously improved HR administrative services
    • Document processes and procedures relating to system usage and navigation

    Reporting

    • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics  
    • Analyze employment-related data and prepare required reports
    • Work closely with the Analytics team to contribute to reports and statistics through maintenance of accurate information and data records

    Qualifications Essential:

    Post Matric qualification
    Qualifications Preferred:

    • A diploma in Human Resources Management, Math, Statistics, Computer Science or related field

    Experience

    • A minimum of 2-3 years’ work-related experience
    • Ability to multi-task in a demanding environment
    • Ability to manage complex multi-disciplinary initiatives using a process improvement approach
    • Good knowledge and experience of administrative procedures
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint (Pivot Tables, Functions, Aggregate Formulas)
    • Experience with HR information systems, reporting modules and querying of databases
    • Excellent troubleshooting skills, including the ability to identify, track and resolve issues timeously
    • Must be able to handle highly confidential information in a professional manner

    Content Marketing Manager

    Purpose of the Position:

    This dynamic person would be responsible for articulating and telling the DStv brand story through authentic, purpose-built content distributed via paid media channels, strategic brand and influencer partnerships, and culturally insightful thought-leadership efforts.     Content Marketing Strategy & Operational Excellence

    • Execute complex, cross-functional, and cross-channel Brand Marketing and Brand & Influencer Programs
    • Design, build and maintain the Multichoice digital presence
    • Work with the SM to map out a content strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives, both short- and long-term, determining which methods work for the brand and why - Continuous evolvement of strategy is a must
    • Integration of content activities within traditional marketing campaigns
    • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
    • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
    • Ensure consistent global experience and implement appropriate localization/translation strategies
    • Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
    • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
    • Draft & execute digital consumer journey mapping

    People Management

    • Manage team members to ensure effective delivery of business unit objectives
    • Develop a high performing team by embedding formal performance processes
    • Determine and analyse development needs for the team and ensure that identified training requirements are budgeted for and executed
    • Approve leave requests for team members and create a leave plan to ensure adequate coverage
    • When required, initiate disciplinary processes for team members calling on support from Senior Manager in the team when required
    • Resolve grievances raised by team members and escalate only if required
    • Address poor performance of any team member through the formal Performance improvement programme and ensure that continued poor performance is appropriately dealt with
    • Motivate team members and ensure that their efforts are recognised

    Qualifications

    • Degree in Marketing, related degree or relevant experience
    • Post Grad advantageous

    Experience

    • At least 4-6 years’ relevant professional experience in digital marketing, content, production, media, advertising and/or journalism
    • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and excel in a lean work environment

    Procure to Pay System Analyst

    Purpose of the Position

    • To provide level 1 support for all Procure to Pay modules including Coupa, SAP, ReadSoft, Process Director, BEST and Host to Host solutions within MultiChoice Finance Shared Services, and to address Procure to Pay systems maintenance, upgrades, transitions and new deployment requirements.

    Senior Specialist – Defensive Systems

    Key Performance Objectives

    Tasks

    Incident Management

    • Assist the management team in drafting a strategic direction for the function while ensuring that this direction is aligned with that of the CISO.
    • Expand and mature existing incident response processes and activities
    • Development and maturity of Detection capabilities by leveraging off of the SIEM, Network Behaviour Anomaly Detection and Endpoint Detection
    • Plan, design and implement an overall security management process for the function.

    The process includes: detection, triage, analysis, containment, recovery and reporting

    • Innovate solutions by Investigating and implementing AI solutions to have better capability within the function.
    • Mature the network access control initiatives as deemed necessary by management.
    • Act as the lead for security incidents and breaches as per the defined processes.
    • Improve ability to minimise and prevent further incidents by accurate documentation and post analysis of all system incidents. Forensics and Breach Management
    • Assist by leading the incident response process and execution including unauthorized access, security policy violations and Data Loss Incidents
    • Manage and execute processes responsible for the advanced analysis of security threat intelligence (malicious code, hackers and zero-day exploits, etc.) in order to proactively prepare for security events. Develop communication channels with the business units to ensure solid incident response and risk assessment processes
    • Ensure continuous testing of all breach management processes
    • Conduct red and blue team exercises as directed by management

    People Management

    • Manage specialists and external Consultants team to ensure effective delivery of business unit objectives.
    • Assist the manager to ensure a high performing team by embedding formal performance development and informal coaching. Encourage frequent knowledge sharing between team members.

    • Coach and mentor junior practitioners within the defensive systems field in principles and processes

    Qualifications

    • Degree (NQF 7) in Security/Information Technology/ OR equivalent
    • Certification required – CISSP and CISM
       

    Experience

    • Minimum of 8 - 10 years of experience in an Information Security environment with specific focus on working with security incident and event management
    • Forensics and breach management experience is critical
    • A proven track record of experience in the IT and Information Security Industry is critical.
    • Understanding the influence of service support services on successful service delivery is critical.
    • Proven knowledge and experience in the Technology Operations Environment will be an advantage.
    • Project Management experience is an advantage.
