About the Job

Job Purpose:

• To provide general administration and support to the Enterprise Product Manager. To ensure that customer requirements, contractual obligations and project goals are achieved.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting Enterprise Product Managers with administrative duties and tender documents.
• Contract Management and Administration.
• Tender compilation and submissions.
• Must have good working knowledge of Epicor.
• Reconcile received government/parastatal purchase orders with current contracts.
• Create items, purchase orders and sales orders in Epicor.
• Create manual Dollar, VAT and ZAR invoices for Customer base.
• Compile Dollar exchange rate conversions for reporting purposes.
• Complete ad hoc purchase orders for consumables etc.
• Follow up on Government/parastatal outstanding payments and reconcile to statement.
• Administer RMA’s for government and parastatals.
• Reconciliations of government and parastatal orders.

Qualification and Experience:

• Matric
• Qualification in business administration, sales or marketing
• 5 years’ administration experience, sales support role experience preferred
• Warehouse, distribution, and Logistics Experience

Skills and Knowledge:

• Good knowledge of general administrative and internal processes
• Basics of marketing and sales
• Knowledge of ICT industry
