    Product and Sales Optimization Manager Specialist Durban

    Key Responsibilities 

    Product Strategy:

    • Develop and refine the product strategy, aligning it with market trends, customer needs, and the company’s goals.

    Market Research:

    • Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities and assess the competitive landscape, drawing on your knowledge of consumer behaviour and preferences.

    Product Development:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and package innovative financial products and services.

    Customer-Centric Approach:

    • Apply your experience to ensure that our financial products are designed with a strong focus on the customer experience, usability, and appeal.

    Lead Generation and conversion:

    • Provide insights to drive high-quality lead generation through various channels, collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to optimize conversion rates at various stages of the customer journey.

    CRM Utilization:

    • Leverage CRM systems and automation tools to develop and execute lead nurturing strategies to engage leads through various touchpoints, converting them into sales-ready prospects.

    Product Lifecycle Management:

    • Optimize product performance and profitability.

    Performance Analysis:

    • Continuously monitor the performance of existing products, utilizing data-driven insights to make data-driven decisions and improvements.

    Regulatory Compliance:

    • Stay informed about the regulatory environment in the financial services sector and ensure that all products meet compliance standards.

    Budget Management:

    • Effectively manage the budget allocated to product development and maintenance.

    Preferred:

    • Matric
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

    Experience

    • Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in the financial services or retail sectors with a proven track record of launching and managing successful products.
    • Proven experience in lead management and customer acquisition Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
