Product Design Manager (B2C) 

We are seeking sharp, talented individuals to join our team of highly skilled professionals in our Operations Center in Greece and other countries. Through 40 telco partners we are providing financial inclusion to over 600 million consumers in Africa, Middle East, Asian Pacific and Latin America via a variety of mobile financial services such as Airtime Credit, Mobile Money Loans, Mobile Device Finance, B2C Loan Apps, E-Commerce Credit Solutions and Marketplaces.

We are looking for a Product Design Manager with excellent design and communication skills to deliver its B2C vision across its geographic footprint in emerging markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product vision and strategy of Channel VAS B2C lending app
• Own all aspects of product development, which includes market & consumer research, user advocacy, requirement backlog, feature prioritization, solution design & development, feature testing, deployment & publishing, and refinement based on analytics
• Feasibility studies and provide key input to finance team for preparing financial projections and business plan
• Drive product strategy, product lifecycle and roadmap
• Drive cross functional teams (Engineering, Data Science, Finance, Legal/Compliance etc) and coordinate with QA team to ship quality products compatible across Android devices
• Ensure adequate throughput of user stories
• Prioritize features to maximize product success
• Stay abreast with top trends within the market and the mobile/Fintech eco-system

Requirements:

• Bachelors in computer science, engineering or equivalent qualification/experience
• 5+ years industry experience as a UI/UX Product Designer
• Strong background designing B2C mobile products, with substantial Android experience
• Experience on developing, launching and maintaining mobile apps
• Experience working on cross-functional teams within Agile development cycles

Will be considered as a plus

• Digital finance or E-commerce experience, especially in context of developing markets
