• As a Product Designer you will take ownership and shape the user experience of our casino products, emphasizing consistent, intuitive, and user-centered designs across platforms.
• You will lead the end-to-end design process, develop the design system, and oversee the information architecture, ensuring that all elements align seamlessly with the product's vision and business objectives.
• We're seeking an individual with a strong portfolio in product design and a deep understanding of user-centric principles. The ideal Product Designer will mentor their direct peers, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, translating user needs into elegant solutions, and advocating for the best design practices across the organization.

What you’ll be doing

As part of your role, your responsibilities will include:

Product Design:

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept to execution.
• Create visually appealing and user-centric interfaces that align with the overall product strategy and brand guidelines.
• Create interactive prototypes to test and validate design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate user needs into elegant and functional designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs.

​​​​​​​Design System Ownership

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system that includes UI components, patterns, and guidelines.
• Ensure consistency in design across all digital products and platforms.
• Educate and evangelize the design system across the organization, encouraging its adoption and adherence.

​​​​​​​Information Architecture:

• Define the information architecture of our digital products, including site maps, navigation structures, and content organization
• Optimize information flow to enhance user engagement and ease of use.
• Continuously evaluate and refine the information architecture based on user feedback and evolving product requirements.

​​​​​​​Core Journeys

• Identify and prioritize the most critical user journeys within our products.
• Design and optimize these core journeys to provide a seamless and delightful user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor the performance of these core journeys.

​​​​​​​Stakeholder Management

• Present and justify design decisions and strategies to technology and business stakeholders.
• Present prototypes and product journeys to product teams.
• Communicate design principles and strategies well to non-design audiences.

​​​​​​​Mentorship & Continuous Learning

• Technical leadership and mentoring of the UX Design team.
• Implement strategies to stay up to date with the latest design trends and technologies.
• Create an environment of continuously challenging design decisions and strategies.

​​​​​​​Essential skills you’ll bring to the table

The necessary skills that we require for this role include:

• 2+ years of digital design experience in a corporate environment.
• Relevant certification in UX Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD or similar.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to think strategically and make design decisions that align with business objectives and user needs.
• AI proficiency
• Demonstrated experience as a Product Designer, supported by a strong portfolio highlighting your design work and involvement in design systems. Please submit your portfolio along with your CV.

It would be great if you also have some of the following skills:

• Experience with front-end development or a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience in app development, mobile first approach
• Experience working with React Native and Angular
• Experience implementing design systems into existing products.
• Familiarity with user research methodologies and user testing.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
• Leadership experience.
