    Product Manager

    Job Description

    About the Role

    • We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to lead and grow our Pure Electric and Ultrahuman brands.
    • This role is responsible for defining and executing brand strategies, driving product sales throughout the lifecycle, and ensuring business growth and profitability.
    • You will work closely with retailers, partners, and cross-functional teams to deliver strong commercial outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute annual and quarterly business plans aligned with brand objectives.
    • Drive product sales by implementing localized product strategies and roadmaps.
    • Build strong relationships with national retailers, senior managers, and key stakeholders.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets, monitoring sell-in & sell-out performance per partner.
    • Manage stock planning, ensuring healthy inventory levels and minimizing aging stock.
    • Oversee partner account administration, claims management, and financial processes.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver impactful brand visibility across retail and digital channels.
    • Facilitate training for partner and in-store sales staff to strengthen product knowledge.
    • Lead special projects and initiatives that enhance brand growth and market share.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Grade 12 plus relevant tertiary qualification.
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a retail supplier environment.
    • 2–3 years’ product management experience (electronics industry advantageous).
    • Experience with mass retailers and online retail channels.
    • Proven track record managing large/global brands is an advantage.

    Key Competencies

    • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
    • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
    • Highly organized with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Energetic, passionate, and a motivated self-starter.
    • Knowledge of MacOS/iOS and intermediate MS Excel required.
    • Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license.
    • Willingness to travel locally and internationally if required.
