    Account Manager-Pure Electric

    Role Overview

    • As an Account Manager – Pure Electric, you will manage SME-type retailers, driving sales, brand growth, and market share. You will deliver on sales targets, support resellers with training and merchandising, and ensure brand strategies are successfully implemented. Your focus will be on measurable results and building strong, long-term partner relationships.

    Key Responsibilities

    Account Management:

    • Develop and implement quarterly/annual business plans with retailers.
    • Build and maintain multi-level relationships within partner organizations.
    • Analyse sales and stock reports to identify growth opportunities.

    Sales Management:

    • Achieve quarterly sell-in and sell-out targets.
    • Secure forward orders to drive sales growth and prevent stock-outs.
    • Align marketing and promotional strategies with partner objectives.
    • Account Administration & Stock Planning:
    • Manage partner SOA, claims, and billings to ensure timeliness and accuracy.

    The Role

    • We are looking for a motivated and commercially driven Account Manager to join our team and man age SME retailers for the Ultrahuman brand.
    • In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong partnerships, driving merchandising initiatives, and ensuring accounts are managed effectively to meet both brand and Core Group objectives.

    • This role is responsible for defining and executing brand strategies, driving product sales throughout the lifecycle, and ensuring business growth and profitability.
    • You will work closely with retailers, partners, and cross-functional teams to deliver strong commercial outcomes.

    • Develop and execute annual and quarterly business plans aligned with brand objectives.

    • Build strong relationships with national retailers, senior managers, and key stakeholders.

    • Oversee partner account administration, claims management, and financial processes.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • 2–3 years’ product management experience (electronics industry advantageous).
    • Experience with mass retailers and online retail channels.
    • Proven track record managing large/global brands is an advantage.
