Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and deliver product/s strategy by providing customer centric products
• Adopt Business, Collaboration, Viability Process (BCVP)
• Perform customer research, market research and competitor analysis
• Build full product design
• Build a product technical roadmap
• Draft business requirement documents
• Draw diagram flows
• Build transactional flows
• Engage with Technical Integrations team to ensure accurate and timeous delivery
• Participate in Scrum meetings and product sprints
• Perform back and front-end testing
• Monitor transactions to identify possible failures or errors
• Conduct data analysis to drive decision making and identify key challenges and opportunities
• Manage error messaging and mapping
• Corrective action on system losses
• Manage product financial flow
• Manage the integrations of products
• Perform product API enhancements
• Take responsibility of the product delivery to market
• Optimise and ensure compliance of Slip templates
• Create Product knowledge documents
• Grow product/s though data insights and analytics
• Overall Business Support education and escalations

Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• 5 years of relevant product management or product owner experience
• Relevant tertiary education
• Industry Experience – Retail, eCommerce, website/App, Fintech and B2B
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills
• Understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web development
• Technical management experience, and an understanding of the software development life cycle
• Experience managing multiple projects/products from concept to deployment
• Ability to understand technical system architecture and the constraints thereof
• An unparalleled bias for action with an ability to operate in an uncertain, dynamic, robust and fast paced environment with tight deadlines
• Flexible, accountable and willing to go beyond your day to day job
• An affinity for, and examples of, data driven decisions which have enabled high growth in the past
• Long, proven track record of owning a product end to end and the success thereof
• Previous experience creating product campaigns
• Comfortable working on projects in Europe, using Google translate and understanding FX
• Ability to travel – Europe
