DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES​| About the role

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our growing team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for development and execution of our vendors product and sales goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales and marketing, to deliver best-in-market execution and product delivery that exceeds our partners needs and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cyber Security, product management, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a passion for selling.
• This role will report to the GM: Sub-Saharan Africa

​As the Product Manager, you will: 

• Build go to market content in line with allocated product strategy each quarter 
• Deliver on product strategy and communicate the product features to external and internal customers
• Train internal account manager to be self-sufficient on quoting, resolving customer queries and managing pipeline 
• Conduct effective presentations to C-level at partner and end customer to drive product sales
• Demonstrate knowledge of cybersecurity industry, products, and competitor offerings
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to create constant touch point in market to ensure top of mind
• Analyse product performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure success
• Develop and maintain relationships with assigned Vendor and registered partners
• Track and develop new business and ensure that renewal business is quoted in advance
• Execute on QBR with allocated vendor

​QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE​| About you

The ideal Product Manager:​

• 3 Year cyber-Security experience in a sales or product management role
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making
• Strong communication both written and verbal, including presentation skills for clients and internal partners
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence others
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Highly motivated self-starter
