Product Manager at Hire Resolve

• A leading national provider of industrial solutions is seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager to oversee their cleaning chemicals and hygiene equipment portfolio. In this role, you will drive product strategy, manage product lifecycles, negotiate with suppliers, and collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to maximize market share and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full product lifecycle for the cleaning chemicals and equipment range, from sourcing to market launch.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and new product opportunities.
• Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to negotiate pricing, secure supply chains, and maintain product quality standards.
• Collaborate with sales teams to provide product training, technical support, and value proposition strategies.
• Develop pricing models and promotional strategies to achieve targeted margin and revenue goals.
• Monitor product performance, inventory levels, and sales metrics to optimize portfolio profitability.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Category Manager within the cleaning chemicals, hygiene, or industrial consumables sector.
• Deep knowledge of chemical formulations, commercial cleaning equipment, and industry compliance standards.
• Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in vendor management, pricing strategy, and product launches.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field preferred.
