    Product Manager: Intergrated Mobile

    • Market Sensing
    • Obtain, analyze and report on market trends using own reports [Antenna shop] and 3rd party reports [GFK, IDC, BAS, DAS, etc.]
    • Analyze account dynamics incl:
    • Trends
    • Price points / tariffs / API
    • Competitors
    • Special product requirements
    • ATL/BTL activities
    • Portfolio Management
    • Analyze SSA/Global product portfolio and develop for assigned account:
    • Competitive product set in order to reach account target.
    • Profitable product mix
    • Price List aligning to Subsidiary guided price
    • Develop, maintain and present (Internally & Externally) Roadmap for the Account highlighting:
    • NPI
    • SKU Transition
    • EOP
    • New Product Introduction
    • Gather DP guide from HQ
    • Input DP according to DP Guide (16 weeks in advance)
    • Brief Technical team on:
    • PRA and SW development
    • ICASA requirement and timeline
    • Ensure ICASA application done & monitor Progress weekly.
    • Ensure approval completed, documented and sent to customer.
    • Share DP Guide with account and ensure AP1 input.
    • Ensure sample readiness for TA.
    • Follow up with account on TA.

    Go To Market

    • Prepare product story from HQ material & Local insight
    • Brief Marketing teams
    • Sign off marketing brief
    • Ensure website listing
    • Brief Training team
    • Assist to design Training content from Product Story
    • Develop & brief sales teams on target by SKU
    • Brief Field Force

    Construct GTM for the account which includes:

    • Roadmap & strategy
    • Market trends
    • Price/Tariff matrix
    • Competitor Matrix
    • Product USP and proposition
    • Accessories of product
    •  Promotion Plan
    • Training calendar [Obtained from Training Team]
    • Retail Display Guideline [Look of Success] incl account catalogue [Obtained from Marketing Teams] 


    • Input Sell-Out fcst 16 weeks in advance
    • Input Sell-In fcst 16 weeks in advance
    • Meet with account weekly for:
    •      Sell-out consensus
    •      Sell-in consensus
    • Monitor WH and Channel inventory
    •      Maintain optimal account WoS
    • [Target obtained from SCM Manager]
    • Drive sell-in / sell-out with respective teams



    • Report weekly on:
    • Sell-in [Qty & Amt]
    • Sell-Out [Qty & Amt]
    • WoS
    • Price / tariff
    • Account activities [promotions, activities, etc.]
