Product Manager (Re-Advertisement) at Public Investment Corporation

Requirements:

• B. Com or equivalent  
• Project Management Professional OR Prince2 Practitioner Certification 
• Certified Scrum Master or other Agile Practitioner certification 
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience delivering IT projects, at least 5 as a Project Manager 
• At least 5 years’ experience in Financial Services 
• Experience with delivering projects using Scrum, SAFE or similar frameworks 

Duties: 

• Successful implementation of Agile in the delivery of IT and business projects 
• Lead product delivery teams, ensuring defined processes, systems, tools and methods are effectively adopted. 
• Work with Product owner and diverse teams to embed Agile practices and deliver defined Epics. 
• Build professional relationships through stakeholder management practices. 
• Leader and Manage teams, both onsite and hybrid teams.  
• Plan, organize, implement and supervise delegated work. 
• Manage Project Finances. 
• Ability to deliver products with remote or hybrid teams. 
• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential. 
• Obtain stakeholder buy-in from across the spectrum, including senior management, clients, and other departments.  
• Manage stakeholder expectations, navigating environmental sensitivities. 
• Effectively prioritising and executing tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
