JOB PURPOSE

The Product Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our BEE SaaS solution, focusing on understanding customer problems, leveraging industry insights, and aligning product development with the company's vision and business goals. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, industry expertise, and a customer-centric approach to deliver impactful solutions.

DUITES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic Roadmap Development: Craft and implement a strategic product roadmap that aligns with the company's vision for Black Economic Empowerment, addressing the evolving needs of our target market and regulatory environment.
• Backlog Management: Effectively manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and readiness for development, with a focus on delivering value-driven features and enhancements.
• Customer and Market Insight: Engage with customers and stakeholders to deeply understand the challenges and opportunities within the BEE landscape. Translate these insights into product features and improvements that address specific needs and contribute to economic empowerment.
• Industry Expertise: Maintain and expand expertise in BEE policies, industry trends, and market dynamics to ensure the product remains relevant, compliant, and competitive.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure cohesive product strategies, development, and go-to-market execution.
• Performance Analysis and Optimization: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze product performance against these metrics. Utilize data and feedback to iterate and enhance the product offering continuously.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including presentations on product strategy, updates, and performance to senior management, customers, and external partners.
