    Product Manager

    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Enhance onboarding experiences to drive user engagement early in their lifecycle
    • Integrate Superside seamlessly within customer workflows for easy adoption and activation from within their ecosystem
    • Design and executing user engagement strategies to generate customer value and subscription usage
    • Foster expansion and referrals to maximize user growth
    • Define, execute, and own both strategy and the associated roadmap to deliver on the broader organizational goals to optimize user activation
    • Collaborate closely with activation team members (incl. designers and engineers) and other stakeholders to drive successful activation initiatives
    • Engage with customers to gain insights into their needs, pain points, and usage behavior, ensuring user-centric product development
    • Utilize data and market research to inform product strategies and prioritize feature development for delivery
    • Write clear product specifications, including user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria, to guide the development team effectively
    • Lead and motivate team members to ensure efficient product development and execution
    • Oversee the full-cycle product development process from ideation to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs

    Our biggest challenge right now:

    • As the Activation team’s product manager, you’ll be the main driver in developing and executing a growth vision. You’ll be responsible for optimally defining and prioritizing the activation features that best ignite product-led growth and engagement with the goal of delighting our customers.

    What You’ll Need To Succeed:

    • 3-5 years in a product management role, leading a growth agenda
    • Proven experience setting and executing a digital product strategy, preferably in B2B SaaS or consulting industries
    • Strong leadership, organizational, and execution skills with the ability to motivate and direct a large team
    • Substantial experience owning key product execution tasks including conducting analysis using multiple sources, extracting insights that inform decision-making, interviewing users, and writing out product specifications
    • Excellent communication and argumentation skills, with the ability to tell compelling stories, provide constructive feedback and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
    • Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and eagerness to engage with customers to understand their needs
    • Track record of full-cycle product development and successful project delivery.
    • Growth mindset with a decent understanding of growth marketing and design thinking approaches.
    • Familiarity with Project Management tools such as JIRA, Notion, Asana, and design tools like Figma
