Senior Product Manager (6 Months) at IQbusiness

Role Overview

• We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the delivery and lifecycle management of blockchain integrations, digital assets, and related infrastructure. This role owns the end-to-end product process—from evaluation and due diligence through to technical integration and ongoing optimisation—working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Ownership

• Own and maintain the roadmap for blockchain integrations and digital asset support
• Identify opportunities for new blockchain networks, token standards, and asset categories
• Define evaluation frameworks covering technical feasibility, risk, and compliance
• Shape product strategy across custody models, token support, and blockchain infrastructure

Asset & Chain Lifecycle Management

• Lead token and chain listings from discovery through launch and post-launch management
• Evaluate cryptocurrencies, token models, and emerging blockchain ecosystems
• Partner with legal, compliance, and risk teams to ensure regulatory alignment
• Oversee staking, tokenisation, and wrapping mechanisms where applicable

Cross-Functional Delivery

• Collaborate with engineering on node, wallet, smart contract, and API integrations
• Translate technical and regulatory requirements into clear product specifications
• Work with design, operations, and business teams to deliver seamless end-to-end features

Risk, Security & Compliance

• Support asset risk assessment and chain due-diligence frameworks
• Ensure alignment with AML, KYC, travel rule, and data requirements
• Partner with security teams to manage vulnerabilities and ensure safe integrations

Analytics & Market Insight

• Leverage on-chain data to assess asset behaviour, fees, performance, and trends
• Use insights to improve reliability, user experience, and asset availability

Ecosystem Engagement

• Build and maintain relationships with blockchain networks, custodians, and ecosystem partners

Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience in product management within crypto, fintech, or digital asset infrastructure
• Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, token standards, custody models, and chain architecture
• Hands-on experience with token listings, blockchain integrations, or ecosystem partnerships
• Familiarity with wallets, nodes, smart contracts, and staking models
• Experience working with engineering teams in Agile environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• High ownership mindset with a focus on clarity, execution, and quality
• Genuine curiosity and passion for blockchain and digital asset innovation
