Product Manager: Traded Portfolio
- Job Type Full Time

Job Description
- Determine selling prices for the product range in the portfolio
- Liaise with international and local suppliers on all product-related matters
- Manage inventory levels effectively and procure in accordance with forecasts and working capital requirements
- Manage product ranges in the traded portfolio
- Negotiate supplier contracts, prices and terms
Provide regular analyses and summaries regarding:
- Inventory movements
- Market, product and profit trends
- Threats to and opportunities for the business
- Source and grow the product offering
Qualifications & Experience
- Matric or equivalent
- Tertiary qualification relevant to the chemicals industry preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ management and sales experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ technical experience in the chemicals industry
- Experience in managing international principals and suppliers
