Product Owner at OrderIn

This role is ideally suited to a dynamic and articulate person who is able to perform the role of Junior Product Owner for one of our engineering teams. The person fulfilling this role will play an important role in the team by working with the Product Manager, Design, Engineering and collaborating with other stakeholders to produce and support awesome solutions. This role is ideal for a Business Analyst or Junior Product Owner to gain experience and grow in an exciting company.

What you’ll be doing

• Be an advocate and communicator of the product vision and goals
• Communicate the product vision and goals to the engineering and broader team consistently
• Assist in identifying clients’ needs, and working with internal and external stakeholders to understand

• Document & translate requirements into user stories, workflows, wireframes and data models
• Produce living documents, one pagers and requirements documents
• Keep the backlog prioritised and refined
• Communicate estimates, questions and technical issues to the relevant stakeholders using written and/or
• spoken channels
• Help to manage stakeholders’ and clients’ expectations
• Ensure quality of delivery is acceptable from the client and end-users' point of view
• Analyse trends and recommend actions, monitor metrics and help to define metrics for the team to monitor

Requirements

• Degree or similar qualification in technology, product management, product ownership or businessanalysis
• Passion for Product Ownership and working with people
• At least 2 years experience as product owner, business analyst or digital project manager with a specific focus on web or mobile application projects
• Excellent spoken and written English with the ability to operate within a multi-disciplinary team
• Above average computer literacy including Google Workspace, Jira and other commonly used professional platforms
