Product Support Specialist at The Career Network

The main purpose for the job is to:

• The primary purpose of the role is to provide product support for clients using the company’s products. This is achieved by attending to customer queries as well as identifying product issues/enhancements and query trends.

Key Roles and Accountabilities:

• Provide 1 and 2nd line product support to customers
• Liaise with the development team to identify and solve issues
• Identify customer training needs
• Identify and raise product improvements and/or bugs by analysing support requests
• Contribute to improvements in training material
• Contribute to the product knowledge base

Qualifications and Experience

• Knowledge and experience in database technologies including SQL queries
• Knowledge and experience in Microsoft .Net software development technologies
