    Production Engineer

    Job Description
    Looking for an experienced Production Engineer to manage manufacturing processes, SHE and quality procedures. Must have completed Bachelor of Engineering BEng (Metallurgy/Chemical Engineering/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering) with knowledge of Cold Products metallurgical processes, systems and equipment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Optimize and continuously improve Metallurgical production processes through reporting, analysing and monitoring the production process and product quality
    • Ensure Occupational Health and Safety and Quality Compliance is maintained
    • Implement QCDSM (Quality, Costs, Delivery, Safety and Moral) Framework 
    • Overseeing three shift production teams
    • Corrective actions and improvement management
